Military Personnel Flight
There is currently an Air Force level issue where some users are receiving the following log-in error, “The revocation status of the smart card certificate used for authentication could not be determined.” This specific message DOES NOT require users to get a new CAC Card. The 325 Communications Squadron has recommended restarting the computer several times or disconnecting the Ethernet cable and logging in to remedy the error.
The Military Personnel Flight is here to help active duty and reservists, retirees, dependents and civilian employees with administrative needs throughout the various stages of life.
To book an appointment, click on the link below or call the number above. Walk-ins are welcome.
